Mark Lundgren

Mark is a graduate of the University of Minnesota, Civil Engineering Department, Environmental Engineering master's degree program. He received his undergraduate degree from Grinnell College in Biology, with a focus on ecological science. Mark specializes in the treatment of water and wastewater. He has extensive field-work experience in Africa and a strong background in development work. He now resides in Minnesota with his wife.

Karthikeyan B Kumar

On completion of my Bachelor of architecture from New Delhi, Karthik worked with firms in New Delhi and Chennai, on projects that ranged from architecture and interior design to urban and ecological design. A desire to understand the environment holistically urged him to study and work across disciplines and across scales in diverse contexts and projects. This interdisciplinary approach now defines him as a designer, and sustains his interests in landscape urbanism, infrastructural systems with a deep understanding of the context and a passion for detail.

In the Master of Landscape Architecture + Certificate in Metropolitan Design programs at the University of Minnesota, he repeatedly explored the relationships of the small scale solutions with the larger infrastructural systems in the city and the region. As an Landscape Architect and Urban Designer, his work reflects the strong conviction that to realize the sustainability of the smaller solution, it is essential to understand the sustainability of these larger systems.

Tony Schrempp

Tony hails from St. Anthony and recently completed his Bachelors in Civil Engineering with a minor in Construction Management. His coursework favored project management and structural design. He has experience working for the City of Maplewood's Engineering Dept., Department of Natural Resources, Bonestroo's Environmental Services Group, and currently works at MNDOT in the office of Technical Support. Through these experiences he has gained experience in surveying, estimating, project management, planning, design, development, marketing, and customer relations.
